RETURNS POLICY

Merchandise Exchanges and Returns

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault please return the faulty item within 14 days of delivery along with a note describing the fault. Returns will not be accepted for garments that display general wear associated with frequent use over time. Upon accepting a return we will offer a credit, replacement pair or refund.

Sizing Returns

We understand that ordering over the internet can be difficult when it comes to sizing. We have sizing information which should be used as a guide for purchasing our products. If you still find on receiving your order that the item does not fit, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You will need to let us know which pair you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for so we can check if we have it in stock and we can put it aside for you. You are responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us. We will send the exchange on safe return of your item at no extra charge by ordinary mail. If you wish to have your return sent via Express Post you will be charged for this postage or please include a return satchel with the item to be exchanged. We only cover the cost for one exchange, any further exchanges will incur a postage charge. If a different print or style is requested, or you change your mind, or you believe the style is not flattering on you, to exchange the item, postage charges will apply. Swing tags must still be attached to the garment. Worn or damaged garments will not be exchanged.

JAMMERS: Please take care when choosing Jammers as these garments cannot be exchanged unless the garment is faulty. Ensure that when cord is tightened it is not pulled against the fabric.

Refunds

We will not refund garments unless we have sold out of an item ordered or the item is faulty.
We will not refund just due to change of mind or fit not flattering.

Credits

Credits can be held for future purchase or added to Feed The Funky points.

You will need to complete the order form and fax or post it to us using the details specified on the form. Please refer to the Funky Direct website to determine item prices. Postage charges need to be calculated by referring to the shipping tables in either the DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA or ORDERING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA section of the HELP webpage (depending upon your location).

If you do not complete the order form correctly, your order will be delayed as we will need to contact you to rectify any problems.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All deliveries in Australia are sent by the Australia Post eParcel network. Next day delivery is subject to the Australia Post delivery network. Deliveries to areas outside the network (eg, rural and remote communities) are made on a priority basis and delivery could take up to 7 days.

To provide added security we strongly recommend you provide a business or post office box address for delivery.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and all orders are processed in Australian Dollars. Any indicative foreign exchange rate we provide is a guide. You will be charged according to the actual exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Orders made outside Australia do not attract General Services Tax (GST) on the purchase price.

Delivery

All international orders are sent by  International Air. Orders received prior to 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) are dispatched on the same business day. Orders generally take between 5 - 10 days to be delivered with the possibility of longer delays if the order is held by port authorities for customs or screening processes.

Import duties and charges may be incurred upon entering the country of destination. The customer is responsible for these charges so we do encourage you to consult your local customs office for possible charges that may result.

PAYMENT METHOD

Credit Card

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. Credit card details are stored in a highly encrypted secure database. No surcharges apply on your credit card purchase.

If a card has been declined, we will email you informing you the transaction has been declined. If we haven't received a response in 5 days, the order will be cancelled.

Direct Deposit / Money Order / Cheque

You may select to pay by the above methods on the payment page during the check out process. Upon selection, instructions will be sent via email and on the final confirmation page to make payment. Please follow these instructions to ensure your order is not delayed.

Cheque and Money Orders are only accepted in Australia Dollars.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We aim to always have available a full range of Funky Trunks and Funkita swimwear. From time to time it may arise that we are unable to supply particular items. When a product is no longer available it will be excluded from purchase on our website. If an order is placed that we cannot fulfil we will contact you and provide alternative purchase options or offer a full refund or hold a credit.
